Kaxite supports OEM and ODM projects for industrial sealing products where the required design, material, manufacturing process, and commercial terms can be agreed. Send us your drawing, sample, or specification — our team will review feasibility, confirm the manufacturing route, and quote MOQ, sample lead time, and production schedule before you commit.
Gaskets and sealing materials typically start from 100 pieces. Machines and sealing tools are quoted per unit rather than by piece.
Minimum quantity confirmed per product category at quotation.
Typically 7–10 days for standard materials once drawings and specifications are confirmed. Complex drawings or special materials take longer.
Exact timing confirmed at quotation.
Standard orders often ship within 7–15 days after sample approval. Bulk orders and complex processes take longer.
Schedule confirmed at quotation.
Sample and tooling charges, where applicable, are quoted separately. Charges may be credited against bulk orders where agreed.
Confirmed before sampling, not after.
Customer drawings are used only for the specific order and are not shared with third parties. Formal NDAs are not part of Kaxite's standard process; buyers should confirm this before sharing confidential drawings.
Confirmed before technical review begins.
DWG, DXF, PDF, STEP, or a physical reference sample. Hand sketches with dimensions are also accepted for initial review.
If a drawing is incomplete, our team will list the missing information.
OEM is for buyers who already have a design; ODM is for buyers who need help configuring a product. Both routes follow the same six-step order process.
OEM projects begin with customer-supplied drawings, specifications, or approved samples. The manufacturing scope is established by reviewing product dimensions, material requirements, tolerances, labeling, packaging, inspection criteria, and order quantities.
Before production begins, both parties confirm the applicable technical documents and approval requirements. No production starts until the drawing, sample, and inspection criteria are signed off.
For projects that require help with product configuration or development, buyers can provide application details and performance requirements for technical review.
The final design, material selection, testing scope, and production feasibility are confirmed for each project. ODM development depends on the product type and the information available — we will tell you early if a requirement cannot be supported.
Most custom projects combine several of these elements. Tell us which ones matter most for your application, and we will focus the technical review on them.
Custom diameters, thicknesses, profiles, and non-standard shapes based on confirmed drawings or reference samples.
Graphite, PTFE, rubber, non-asbestos, metal, and other available grades — selected against your temperature, pressure, and media.
Spiral wound, ring joint, jacketed, corrugated, or braided construction — configured to match the flange or equipment.
Carton labels, product labels, protective packaging, shipping marks, and private-label requirements confirmed before packing.
Acceptance criteria, sampling plans, and dimensional tolerances defined before production — not after.
Material certificates, inspection records, test reports, or third-party inspection — scope confirmed with the quotation.
Each step has a clear deliverable, so you always know what you will receive before the next stage begins.
Send drawings, samples, specifications, or application details. If information is incomplete, our team will list what is missing.
