Reliable sealing products begin with clearly defined specifications and an appropriate manufacturing process. Kaxite works with customers to establish product requirements and coordinate the relevant production and inspection steps for each order. The process varies by product family — a gasket, braided packing, and PTFE sheet do not necessarily follow the same manufacturing route.

Each stage has a clear output, so buyers know what to expect before the next stage begins.
We review the requested product, drawings, dimensions, material specifications, application conditions, quantity, and delivery requirements. If technical information is incomplete, clarification may be required before a quotation or production plan can be finalized.
Output: clarification list if information is incompleteThe material and product specification are checked against the agreed requirements. Where required and available, supporting material documentation is identified before production.
Output: confirmed material specification and documentation planThe manufacturing route is selected according to the product design, material, dimensions, tolerances, and quantity. Applicable processes may include cutting, forming, braiding, machining, or other product-specific operations.
Output: confirmed manufacturing routeThe product is processed according to the confirmed specification and applicable production controls. Customized orders follow the approved drawing, sample, or technical document.
Output: in-process recordsRelevant inspection points are established according to the product and order requirements. Checks may include dimensions, appearance, material identification, quantity, and additional product-specific testing.
Output: inspection records / test reportsFinished products are checked against the order requirements and prepared for the agreed packaging and shipping arrangements. Special labeling, documentation, and export requirements should be confirmed before dispatch.
Output: packing list / shipping marksWhere agreed, relevant inspection documents and product information are provided with the order. Feedback from customers can help clarify future specifications and repeat-order requirements.
Output: final document packageThe seven stages above describe the general order flow. The specific manufacturing route, inspection points, and documentation package are confirmed per product family and order requirements. Not every stage produces the same output for every product — for example, a standard gasket order and a custom PTFE component order may differ in process planning and inspection scope.
