Kaxite Sealing's Expanded PTFE Sheet is manufactured from biaxially oriented expanded PTFE sheeting that is laminated to the required thickness. Produced from 100% virgin PTFE using a proprietary process, this material creates a uniform and highly fibrillated microstructure with equal tensile strength in all directions. The result is a versatile sealing solution that delivers exceptional chemical resistance, flexibility, and durability across a wide range of industrial applications.

• Superior Chemical Resistance – Inert to almost all chemicals, including strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. Suitable for pH range 0–14.
• Non-Contaminating – Will not leach or contaminate process fluids, making it ideal for pharmaceutical, food, and semiconductor applications.
• Excellent Temperature Stability – Maintains sealing performance from –180°C to +260°C, suitable for cryogenic and high-temperature environments.
